Healtcare startup Physitrack lands €1.3 million

Physitrack, a rehabilitation platform, has raised €1,3 million from a group of investors including Crown Ocean Capital.

The exercises can be accessed on smart phones, tablets and desktops. To health care professionals it offers a library of over 600 exercises with which they can build tailored programs to individual patients. Moreover, the platform enables practitioners to track patients achievements of the program. As a result the platform improves clinical outcomes.

In the Netherlands the startup closed a deal this week with health insurance company VGZ. VGZ is going to offer the platform of Physitrack with a discount to healthcare facilities.

The capital raised will be used to further the international expansion of Physitrack into the UK, United States and Asia Pacific.
