Peecho, a cloud-based distributed printing startup based in Amsterdam has raised another round of funding from existing investor Peak Capital, Sumis Company and strategic partner of the company Printforce, the Dutch tech site Emerce reported a few hours ago. Right now it’s unclear what the capital infusion of €700.000 will be used for.
Peecho enables companies, publishers and individuals to sell digital content as professionally printed products. It furthermore empowers clients to print the ordered product close to the recipient trough its global network of printers. As such it reduces transportation cost and eliminates the necessity to print large batches of products in order to reach economies of scale.
Peecho was founded in 2010. Since then it has amassed more than 5000 websites to its customer base, among which big household names like Walt Disney Company, ISSUU, The Rijksmuseum and professional services company Deloitte.
StartupJuncture has reached out to Peecho for further details on this new funding round. This article will be updated as soon as we know more.
