Mobile marketing platform Notificare gets €200.000 in seed funding

Mobile marketing platform startup Notificare from Amsterdam just received a 200.000 euro seed investment from Rotterdam based investment company Keadyn.

Notificare offers clients cross-platform push notifications which are created with geotagging, geofencing and iBeacon technology.

The Dutch startup was founded in 2012 by Joel Oliveira, Joris Verbogt and Robert Leefmans. Since then Notificare is used by big international companies like Samsung and Tesco, and in The Netherlands by retailers like Hema and De Bijenkorf.

Notificare expands

The investment is the first part of a rolling close; the next round of investments is expected to raise a total of 400.000 euros. This seed round will be used to achieve scale and to develop the company further on an international level.

“By working together with Keadyn we now have more leverage to communicate our vision worldwide. The first steps that we are going to take are to expand our team and to bolster sales and marketing activities”, said CEO Robert Leefmans.
