All-in-one sports membership startup OneFit acquires German competitor

Amsterdam-based ‘all-in-one’ sports membership startup OneFit has acquired German competitor Kurspass.de from Cologne.

Financial details of the deal weren’t disclosed, says RTL Z, but since Kurspass is a small company, the sum is also  ” limited in size.” Kurspass will take on the name OneFit.

OneFit, founded by Serge Brabander and Camille Richardson in 2013, provides a platform and member card that gives access to 147 different gyms and studios in Amsterdam, Den Haag and Utrecht.

For 59 euro a month subscribers can go several facilities, including yoga studios, boxing schools and swimming pools. The company declared to have “thousands of members” in  Amsterdam.
