Growth Tribe Academy, the training company known for its growth hacking courses in Amsterdam, is preparing for the next phase. The academy is launching two new courses, moves to a bigger office and hired new trainers to educate ten times as more people in a year as was done before.
Growth Tribe Academy is launching a new training product specifically targeting adults that want to update their technical skills and growth marketing. The new part-time 6-Week Evening Course will be taking place Wednesday evenings from 18:30 – 21:30, with the first class starting on September 14 of this year.
The team is also launching a new training product catered to corporate innovation. The company has already trained more than 225 ING employees in four countries and will now offer similar trainings to other corporates.

Improving tech skills
With these new courses, Growth Tribe Academy is exploring two more target audiences. “Our ‘flagship course’ for young professionals still remains”, says Peter van Sabben, co-founder Growth Tribe Academy to StartupJuncture. “Improving tech skills for adults is a huge market. Also corporates have a lot of knowledge on industries, but not necessarily of tech, online and campaigns.”
And: “Digital transformation is a big topic on the agendas at corporates. A lot of people need to be trained to develop a new digital mindset and learn new growth skills.”
Until now, the training company has trained some 400 people in growth hacking. “By September 2017 we expect to have trained 4000”, Van Sabben said.
Growth hacking prince
The company held growth hacking workshops during The Next Web Conference Europe last month. Notable participator back then: Prince Constantijn, the new special envoy for startups in The Netherlands. It is said he himself is going to participate in a full course soon.
