The Two Most Common Mistakes Growth Stage Founders Make
Here is a great video of Ali Rowghani, former COO of Twitter and now partner at Y Combinator. I have experienced this myself firsthand. The product was so that we didn’t how to fulfil demand. But the founders didn’t ‘scale’ and so didn’t the company. The Dutch colliery of what Rowghani is says working on your company instead of working in your company. Unfortunately at the company which I referred the founders are still working in their company that hasn’t grown since I left. Take heed, and put your ego aside. I know it’s hard, but its not impossible. Make yourself dispensable.
