Good morning and welcome to another Monday news update. Dutch startups are off to a great start in 2017. Here’s what you need to know:
Funding
Medicine startup MyTomorrows, that aims to bring drugs faster to market, got a 10 million euro investment (link in Dutch). Kees Koolen (former CEO Booking.com) invested in the medtech startup through EQT Ventures, a Swedish VC he co-founded.
Tutoring platform Nimbles received a 400.000 euro seed investment, just before the end of the year – and made it into our 2016 funding list.
News & Updates

We published the last batch of our Hit Enter interviews this week. Check out the talks with Hanneke Stegweg (iLost), Sytse Sijbrandij (Gitlab) and Thijs Sprangers (Live on Demand).
Thomas Mensink from Golden Egg Check again made a great insightful post on crowdfunding valuations in The Netherlands. The crowd is getting smarter, and might be punishing you – whether it be for arrogance or insecurity.
Startups can apply again for the Tech5 competition hosted by The Next Web and Adyen.
