HR-startup Harver raises €7,1 million for global rollout TalentPitch

The Amsterdam-based startup Harver received the investment from American venture Insight Venture Partners to further develop and rollout their smart HR-algorithm used by the pre-selection tool TalentPitch.

Gaming as part of a HR strategy

TalentPitch is a pre-selection tool using AI and game elements to find out if there is a possible match between job offers and applicants. When someone applies for the job of a callcenter employee, they will get a test conversation with a computer. The tool also checks whether someone’s personality, intelligence and spelling- and typing skills suit with the requirements.
TalentPitch is already used by various big corporate clients like Booking, Netflix and Randstad.
The tool continuously learns about the candidate while he or she is on the work floor, to keep track of the employees performances.

The investment will be used for further development of TalentPitch and a global rollout. Of course Harver needs more staff to realise and the application procedure will use the TalentPitch tools for acquiring new talents.
